Symptoms

On : 11.1.5.0.0 version, Manage Worker Performance

Error navigating the Performance Document .

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Performance Template including Overall Rating
2. Create Perf Docs based on that template.
3. Cancel and Delete the documents created.
4. Change the template to disable the Overall rating.
5. Recreate the Performance Documents based on the template.
6. Navigate to the document.
Receive error.

Due to this issue, users cannot access the newly created Performance Documents.
