Symptoms

On : 11.1.5.0.0 version, Synchronization

CONTACT ADDRESS NOT SYNCING TO OUTLOOK

I created a contact in the web application and specified an appropriate primary addr without business purpose I then did a sync within Outlook to get the contact down to my Outlook client. The contact came down but the address was missing. I then manually input the business address into Outlook and performed a sync. This resulted in a synchronization issue. I sync'd again and this resulted in a data collision for that contact.

Using Outlook client version 3.02.18.

STEPS
-----------------------
 
1) enter a primary addr for a contact from webUI without business purpose
2) Sync
3) enter manually a business address in CRM Outlook for this same contact
4. Sync

Due to this issue, users cannot synchronize CRM contacts without business purpose
