Symptoms

On : 11.1.5.0.0 version, Manage Workforce Lifecycle

Assignment Change transaction (Assignment Change, Promotion, Demotion, etc) fails to update record

Assignment transactions for all action types are completed with error. System is not able to update or correct revised data of transaction.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Fusion application
2. Perform any HR transaction on any Person Record and submit for approval
3. Approver(s) approve the txn completely.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot proceed with with all basic HR txns and its UAT.
