When attempting to add a new hire, the following error occurs on the approval notification.


FAULT_NAME=ServiceException::FAULT_TEXT=com.oracle.bpel.client.BPELFault: faultName: {{http://xmlns.oracle.com/apps/hcm/employment/core/transactionApprovalService/}ServiceException} messageType: {{http://xmlns.oracle.com/adf/svc/errors/}ServiceException} parts: {{ ServiceErrorMessage=FND:::FND_CMN_RCRD_VALJBO-FND:::FND_CMN_RCRD_VAL: A record with the value PersonDEO already exists. Enter a unique value.SEVERITY_ERRORoracle.jbo.RowValExceptionPersonDEO} cause: {null}

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Enter a new hire and submit.
2. Navigate to the Home page.
3. Select the approval notification. Note error message.
