Symptoms

On :  11.1.5.0.0 version, Technology Management - BI & Reporting

You defined two custom security roles: TEST_DATA_SECURITY_LOCATION_DATA   and TEST_DATA_SECURITY_DEPT_DATA.

Both roles are inheriting the same seeded role PER_HUMAN_RESOURCE_SPECIALIST_JOB.

The end user is assigned both custom roles in OIM.
You also created a BIP report based on a SQL Data Model that contains the secured view PER_PERSON_SECURED_LIST_V to enforce Fusion Security.
When the user runs the report, it fails with the following error. However, when one of the custom roles (either TEST_DATA_SECURITY_LOCATION_DATA   or  TEST_DATA_SECURITY_DEPT_DATA) is revoked for the user, he/she is able to run the report successfully.

ERROR
-----------------------
oracle.xdo.XDOException: oracle.xdo.XDOException: oracle.xdo.XDOException: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-28112: failed to execute policy function

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create two custom roles that inherit the same seeded role PER_HUMAN_RESOURCE_SPECIALIST_JOB
2. Create a BIP report that uses the  PER_PERSON_SECURED_LIST_V
3. Run the report and it will fail
