Fusion Talent: How to Specify Rating Model For Competencies On Job Profiles for Performance Documents

Goal

Scenario:

When adding competencies directly to the performance template, a rating model can be specified for each competency. When adding competencies through a job profile, there is no ability to specify which rating model should be used. There is a business need to have all competencies use the rating model that is associated with the competency and not one that is specified in the Performance Template for the Job Profile.

There are 2 possible solutions here:

1) Provide a way to specify the rating model when the competency is attached to the job profile
2) Set the competencies in the job profile to always use the latest rating model as specified in the Content Item setup.

Currently neither of these are available and we are unable to designate the rating model for the competencies used in performance. How can we make this work?
