No results / missing data returned for Incentive compensation Participants, for reports /analyses on dashboard.
Expected to see the data on the reports.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into application with a user that has only "Incentive Compensation Participant" user.
2. Navigator > Sales Compensation > My Compensation
Select the year (eg. 2013) and month (eg. Mar-13), click save.
Earning vs. Target Incentive shows No Results
