Setting up a set of Competencies which are connected to a rating model with specific rating levels, as well as specific proficiency descriptions against the competency.
However through the Experience and Quals card when trying to update a Skill (competency) the proficiency level description is not displaying the entered descriptions. It is displaying the standard delivered rating model descriptions.
As well, the user can only select from the standard delivered rating model values not the specific values entered against the competency.
