SALES ACCOUNT IMPORT WIPES OUT SOME CUSTOM FIELDS (Doc ID 1578354.1)

Symptoms

On :  11.1.5.0.0 version, File Import

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
When importing Sales Account Profiles with custom fields in scope of a customer creation
then running some import inj upsert mode (by using OS / OSR so code detect existence and update)

Custom fields are set to blank during import , custom fields with values are set to blank is not present in csv file and mapping with a value

Note that similar issue for for Organization Profiles had bee fixed by using a new object :  OrganizationProfileExtn
In rup4 (Release5), We intruduce a new object :  OrganizationProfileExtn  to handle extn custom attribute and

We need such design for Sales Account Profile because Sales Account custom fields are not present as attribute for this object
So need a specific object eg  : SalesAccountProfileExtn


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Custom fields should not be blanked by update runs of import
Shoulod not be needed to give values for all custom fields if few of them only should be updated

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot updfate some custom fields without giving values for All (if not custom fieldfs with non filled values in csv file are set to blank / null value)
