In OAM 11g, we can manage agent configuration from OAM console, whenever you make an agent configuration change, it will be synchronized to the agent after certain amount of time, which is controlled by parameter InactiveReconfigPeriod. Sometime, you may see the delay (take more than InactiveReconfigPeriod) for agent to get the update, this article will present you a work around.
If you change agent name, access client password, or security mode, you need copy the changes from OAM to each related agents. The steps for copying this are given in Note 1526027.1
