Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Import start and end times are not shown correctly for file import. It showed 1 hour more for same

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Both time should be shown in same timezone . None of timezone is in customer preference timezone, so better to show in customer preference timezone

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Navigator --> Setup and Maintenance
2. Go to Task 'Manage File import Activities'
3. Click on Status
4. Section shows start and end date time and that time is shown 1 hour more than actual.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users find it confusing to understand how much time the job actually took
