PAY-1635169 Error Raised When Awarding Individual Compensation (Doc ID 1581203.1)

Symptoms

On :  11.1.7.0.0 version, Set Up Compensation Management-Define Individual Compensation

User attempts to award compensation using the Manage Compensation UI and enters an Input Value from a List of Values defined against the Pay Element for the Individual Compensation Plan. When they click on OK, the following is displayed:

Error

The entry value does not exist in the lookup table. (PAY-1635169)
The entry value is validated by a lookup table, but the value (<lookup value>) does not exist in <Lookup Type>.

 

Steps To Reproduce

1. Log in and navigate to Person Management
2. For an appropriate employee navigate to Manage Compensation -> Award Compensation
3. Select the new Individual Compensation Plan and enter the appropriate Input Values.
4. Click 'Ok' and the reported error is presented.
