Fusion Global HR: Managers With Exact Same Name, Only One Displays In LOV on Manage Employment When Searching For Manager

When trying to add in a line manager and one types for example 'Mark Fitzgerald', only one Mark Fitzgerald appears in the LOV, even though there are Active Assignments for both Mark Fitzgeralds in the system. However, if they are searched via Person Management, both can be seen.
Steps To Reproduce
1. Enter two employees with the exact same name in the past.
2.Update an Employee Record under Manage Employment - and enter Fitzgerald in the LOV.
3. Only one Mark Fitzgerald displays in the LOV; however if Mark Fitzgerald is searched, both display.
