When attempting to run the Benefits Enrollment Upload process,the following error occurs:
Error message :Invalid Benefit Relation -- Cannot find benefit relation -- Default as of 2013-01-01
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Populate information in the Benefits Upload spreadsheet.
2. Upload the spreadsheet details to Fusion applications
3. Run the Benefits Enrollment Upload Process
