Symptoms
Unable to change legal employer hire date for one employee in production environment due to the following error message:
The ManagerID attribute is invalid. Enter a valid value. (PER-1530231).
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Manage work relationships,
2. Click Edit,
3. Enterprise Hire date is 23-08-2010. Change the Legal employer date to 30-07-2007.
