When selecting a different job during an employment transaction, all grades are shown in the field instead of just the grades linked to this particular job.
1)Add a specific grade to a job
2)Go into the manage person screen and then to manage employment
3)Edit the employment and select the job set in step 1
4)Open the grade LOV and see all grades defined shown rather than just the one set against the job
