Incident and getPPGKFFStructure Error When Updating Employment Record (Doc ID 1586180.1)

On : version, Manage Workforce Lifecycle

Customer is implementing and has hired their first employees.

The following error is encountered when attempting to update the Employement information for those employees:

"An application error has occurred. See the incident log for more information.
An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 10, Server Domain: HCMDomain, Server Instance: CoreProcessesServer_1, Application Name: HcmCoreApp."

Incident file shows the following error:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator > Person Management
2. Search for Employee
3. Manage Employment
4. Edit > Update
5. Location change
6. Click Ok
Receive error

The issue has the following business impact:
Customer is unable to update any Employment information for newly hired employees.
