User Is Logged Back in to Fusion Application Automatically after Clicking Logout in Federation SSO Enabled Environment (Doc ID 1587138.1)

Symptoms

User can not logout fusion application in federation enabled SSO environment.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to fusion application

2. Click logout
The user will be redirected back to fusion home page and logged in
