Symptoms
Error received when running the Online Audit for Department Tree.
ERROR
Root Node ValidatorFailure : JBO-FTM-V-0033: Audit Failed: Tree version has too many root nodes.
Available Node ValidatorFailure : JBO-FTM-V-0037: Audit Failed: Tree version PER_DEPT_TREE_STRUCTURE,GROUP::DEPT_SECURITY,D0BDEF7163A1006EE0430ADE8B4C006E fails available node validations.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Fusion Apps as HR Specialist
2. Navigator > Manage Workforce Structures
3. Select Manage Department Trees
4. Highlight defined tree
5. Click Online Audit
When the Audit completes, review the processing log and find errors.
