Send LDAP Is Not Triggered After User Is Inactivated By File Import

This Issue had been raised to track the fact that when inactivating a user by File Import we need to launch "Send Pending LDAP Request"

Test Case is :

 Customer inactive an user via Employee Resource File  
 By running Import with Type Employee - Resource
 suspension request is created, but the request was not processed automatically.
 Customer expect the request will be automatically processed after they import the file. please refer
