Goal

This document will show how to handle expired workflow notification tasks when an order is fully received.   The example scenario is a PO XYZ with a workflow notification task with expiration date as 09/04/2013. The task expired and was escalated to the requester’s manager.  On 09/13/2013, this PO was received from the self service receiving UI.
