Symptoms
When attempting to Add complex items with EFF definitions using a PDQ / EDQP interrupt.
the following error occurs.

You do not have the required data privileges on some of the Item attributes to complete this task. (EGO-2745476)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new item using the Create Item UI including Extensible Flex Fields
2. EDQP Data Lens is in update mode for definitions - in order to make standard recommendations alongside changes to content
3. With this update step EGO-2745476 is received.
