Full PO Approval Message Is Not Loaded Into I-Phone / I-Pad (Doc ID 1589997.1)

Symptoms

Fusion Applications version 11.1.3 is been used.

When a requisition is submitted and a email is sent to the user that needs to approve the requisition and if the email is opened in an iPhone handheld device a problem occurs when downloading the message.


In certain instances the full message is not being downloaded onto the users handheld device, thus, unless the user scrolls to the bottom of the email and selects "download remainder of message", by clicking on the approve link in the email, the response email does not contain the necessary information to authenticate and approve the PO or REQ.


The expectation is that the complete email should be displayed when it is opened in the iPhone


The issue can be reproduced as follows:


1. Submit a new Requisition
2. Open the corresponding email in an iphone
3. The full message is not downloaded.
