Ex-employee Person Type Not visible In Fusion (Doc ID 1590152.1)

Goal

User sent a terminated record to Fusion with SYSTEM_PERSON_TYPE = EX_EMP in both Assignment VO and Work Terms VO.

Files processed successfully without any error. 

In Fusion, User does not see Ex-employee anywhere.

In to the Manage Employment, Assignment status is inactive, but Person Type is still Employee.
