Goal

Workforce Compensation (Workforce Compensation) administrative reports are not extracting any data to view.

Steps To Reproduce
1. Navigate to Compensation>View Administrative Reports.
2. Click on any of the reports for a compensation plan which is setup and processed.
3. Application does not display any data.
