Errors when attempting to Hire an employee or make any changes to a Person record.

"An application error has occurred. See the incident log for more information.
An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 337, Server Domain: , Server Instance: , Application Name: HcmCoreApp."

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Fusion Apps as HR Specialist
2. Navigator > New Person
3. Enter Person details.
4. Click next.
Receive error

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot hire new people or update existing records.
