Trying to create New Bank but after entering the Bank Name, Description,Alternate Bank Name and click on Save or Save & Close, the application hangs and it is not saving finally.
After a long time the following message appears
"A connection to the server has failed. (Status = 500)".
User had set the profile UNIQUE:SEQ_NUMBERS" at site level to not used.
