Symptoms

On :  11.1.7.0.0 version, Other Issues

When attempting to run a payload
using
https://domaine:port/salesTerrMgmtTerritories/TerritoryPublicService?WSDL
/TerritoryPublicService.findTerritorie

With a sizing which is more than than the number of retrieved Territories

the following error occurs (displayed in response

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run /TerritoryPublicService.findTerritorie
   with a sizing whihc is more than the retrieved territories (eg  by passing fetchstart from 100 to 1000 as soon fecthStart is above of 500 get error as below )



BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot run findTerritories  with managing fetchstart and fetchsize variables without knowing the number of output rows (whihc is the aim of this operations
