Using Act as Proxy user unable to search for Managers

On : 11.1.5.0.0 version, Manage Compensation-Manage Workforce Compensation

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to Search managers using Act as Proxy Manager


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the search functionality to work for managers

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. All compensation roles are attached to an Manager.
2. Navigator -> Compensation -> Workforce Compensation -> Act as Proxy Manager -> Manager Drop Down (Click on Search)
3. Try to search with Name, Person Number, Email Id etc.
4. No Records Retrieved.
