Plan Component Could Be Added To The Same Compensation Plan Multiple Times (Doc ID 1593909.1)

Symptoms

The system allows the same Plan Component added to the same Compensation Plan twice (multiple times) before "Save".

But if you click "Save" after adding the Plan Component, and add the same Plan Component again, it would give the error correctly:

    The plan component PC_NAME is already associated to the plan with overlapping effective dates. (CN-1575122)
