Fusion Global HR: LDAP Not Creating User Accounts

Symptoms

When attempting to run the LDAP process to create users after data conversion, the following error occurs:
Request Data is invalid. Length of the attribute value street is greater than maximum allowed length 80.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Completed data load for Person and work relationship.
2. Run the Send Pending LDAP Request.
3. Review the user.
