On : 1.0-Beta version, Manage Manual Journal Entries

How to prevent the users from entering manual journals entries in Sub Ledger Accounting? 
User Roles are defined using seeded templates. They allow creation and posting of manual journals. 
How can we ensure that the users will be able to everything else except enter manual SLA Journal Entries?
