Is the NAICS reported at the entity level for Canada & at the location level for U.S.?
For Canada, the section where the NAICS code is located is called “Federal Employment Equity Interface Rules”. This leads a user to believe that this field affects/triggers other parts of the system. Is it correct to assume that this is populating the code on an out-of-the-box employment equity report?
For the U.S. the NAICS field seems to be a free-form field where the user would need to type in the applicable code. The field for Canada has a lookup associated with it. Is there a reason the U.S. field wouldn’t also use the lookup?
