Fusion CRM OTBI: Products related to an Opportunity are displayed as NULL when using Sales – CRM Pipeline Subject Area (Doc ID 1596122.1)

Symptoms

Transactional Business Intelligence, Sales – CRM Pipeline Subject Area, an OTBI Report is created with the following columns:

• Opportunity Name from Opportunity
• Opportunity Number from Opportunity
• Product Name from Products
• Opportunity Line Revenue from Pipeline Detail Facts

When reviewing the Results to view the report, for a few Opportunities product name is not getting displayed in the report.

The Products can be seen for the given opportunity within Fusion Applications.
