Symptoms

After R7 Upgrade From R5 Unable To View Payslip In Personal Information Pay UI

From the FUSE application, the user selects Personal Information, then PAY option on the left hand side, but the UI is blank.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. select Personal Information,
2. then PAY option on the left hand side
