Fusion SCM: Application Error in Self Service Receiving when accessing "Additional Information" (Doc ID 1599137.1)

Symptoms

Intermittent problem reported when creating receipts with Receipt Transaction Descriptive Flexfields set-up.

Error is:
An application error has occurred. LogisticsServer_1, LogisticsApp

STEPS:
======
1. Go to Edit Descriptive Flexfield: Receipt Transaction and set-up three segments:

10 Supplier feedback 1 ATTRIBUTE1 DCCI_RCV_ANSWERS Quality?
20 Supplier feedback 2 ATTRIBUTE2 DCCI_RCV_ANSWERS Del date?
30 Supplier feedback 3 ATTRIBUTE3 DCCI_RCV_ANSWERS Packaging?

2. Deploy flexfields
3. Go to Create Receipts UI
4. Navigate: View -> Columns -> Additional Info
5. Application Error (occurring randomly on clicking Additional Information icon)
