Symptoms

On : 11.1.5.0.0 version, Manage Trading Community Info-Manage Location Info

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
TCA address type setup was scratched after Upgrade to release 5
After upgrade to Release 5, setup in manage address formats was changed.
In release 4, I deleted some elements, but they are displayed after upgrade.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
TCA setup should not have been scratched

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgarde from Release4 to Release5
2. Setup and maintenance > Manage Address Formats
> Select country = Japan
> retrieve >
and see task
Japanese Postal Address Format

3. former setup had been scratched

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users need to reset Japanese Postal Address Format after upgrade
