Symptoms

On : NA version, Outlook Client

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Users in Asia see a split screen in Fusion CRM for Outlook.
User is unable to enter data.
Note that this issue exists for all of our Asian users.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Create a contact with normal screen not split screens

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On Chinese Language Open Outlook
2. Go to customer
3. Create new Customer, when the screen is open to create you can see the split screen

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create a new customer since they cannot see properly the fields, can see and use Fusion CRM for Microsoft Outlook - other options.
