"Full", "View Only" , "No Access" Security Functionality

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The following issue happens in the Opportunity pages,
opportunity sales team members with "No Access" or "View Only" has same type of access,
the members with these accesses are able to search and view opportunities
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. login to applications
2. goto Navigator > Sales > Opportunities > open any opportunity
3. Opportunity Sales Team > user 1 has been given "No Access", user 2 has been given "View Only"
4. when user 1 or user 2 logs , they can search and view this opportunity
Upgrade to Release 7
This used to work correctly in Release 5, but in Release 7 this is not working
