Object Workflow Are Not Triggerring In The Application (Doc ID 1600492.1)

On :  11.1.5.0.0 version, Other Issues

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
Cannot create an Opportunity task by using object workflow

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Should be able to create task by using object wrokflow

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


A)
Navigator > Application Composer > Sales> Workflow Object > Create :Name XX OPty Create Task
Object = Opportunity
> Open Create task zone :
- Subject = Need assitance
- Due Date = Create Date  (in a second step tested due date = Task Start Date)
- Start Date = Creation Date
- Owner = Opportunity owner
- assignee = last record updater
- Category : FYY
- Priority : 2
> Save and Close

B)
With same user
Create an Opportunity (only header with sales account and contact)

C)
Edit Oppty > Task left panel : see the task is not created
