Statement of Issue:
User is experiencing an error when trying to send emails from the Outlook client to Fusion Contacts.
The following error is thrown
"Could not complete the operation. One or more parameter values are not valid".
This happens when the user opens a "New" mail window and in the "To" section the user types the first letters of the Contact name. Then a list of potential contacts appear and the user makes his choice, then when clicking on the Send button the error mentioned above appears. BUT if the user click on the "To" button to select a Contact from the Contacts list instead of typing some letters and select a Contact from the retrieved list, then the user is able to send the email to the Contact successfully.
The error is not thrown in the following cases
1.When a Fusion Contact is chosen from the address book ( click on the ‘TO’ button and choose Fusion Contacts from there) and email is sent
2.When a NON Fusion contact (ie, Outlook Contact) is chosen from the auto suggestion and when email is sent.
"Could not complete the operation. One or more parameter values are not valid"
User should be able to send email
