Not Able To See Any Data In Seeded Reports on Sales Dashboard

When attempting to open some seeded reports that were added in Sales Dashboard, no result are displayed.
"Open Opportunities" seeded report is, there are filters such as "Enterprise Quarter is equal to / is in 2011 Q 2" so closed periods
OR the following error displays:
Odbc driver returned an error (SQLExecDirectW).
Error Codes: OPR4ONWY:U9IM8TAC:OI2DL65P
State: HY000. Code: 10058. [NQODBC] [SQL_STATE: HY000] [nQSError: 10058] A general error has occurred. [nQSError: 43113] Message returned from OBIS.
