Duplicated User Name Generated by OIM Cause User Provisioning Failure

If you are a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) customer, the following section need not be performed by you. Please log a Service Request in My Oracle Support for Oracle to do this for you.

After loading few batch of users into fusion application (while all users have same email address like test@oracle.com) and running Send Pending LDAP Requests, you will see some users are not provisioned in OIM

Steps to reproduce:

1. Load a batch of users into fusion application

2. Run Send Pending LDAP Requests process

3. Repeat step 1 and 2 few times
You will fins out some users are not created
