Mis-Configuration in load balancer Cause Data Roles Stucking In 'Request Failed' Status Sometime (Doc ID 1603205.1)

When creating new data roles in fusion application, sometime the request stays at Request Failed status

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to Fusion Application

2. Click Navigator -> Tools : Setup and Maintenance

3. Search for task Mange Data Role and Security Profiles

4. Click Go to Task

5. Create a few new data roles
You will see one data role sometime stays at Request Failed status.
