On : 11.1.7.0.0 version, CRM, Technology Management - Reports/Analytics

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When setting up an Opportunity Deeplink, the New Action icon is greyed out where you would choose 'Navigate to a Web Page' from the drop-down menu.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect it to be green and allow drop-down menu to be displayed

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Step 1: Create a simple OTBI report, containing 2 columns, based on the subject area 'Sales - CRM Opportunities and Products Real Time'
- opportunity name
- opportunity ID
Step 2: On the opportunity name column, open up the column properties
Step 3: On the interactions tab, create a new action link
Step 4: The New Action Link screen has theNew Action icon greyed out.

Due to this issue, users cannot create Action Links.
