Goal

In some scenario, customer may want to end-date an user in Fusion Applications, later on, want to reactivate the user. Or delete an user in OIM or Security Console by mistake and want to recover it. Or user provisioning fail to create the user in back end (OID). This article will summarize steps regarding how to recover those scenario
