Unable To Update the HCM Manager / Supervisor For A User Via Manage User Screen (Doc ID 1606158.1)

Symptoms

The Manager list of value (LOV) under the Employment Information section does not include specific manager in Manage Users form.

User is unable to assign a manager to an employee via Manage Users.

 

STEPS
Navigator > Manage Users
1. Create user (eg. Kim, ImpSalesrep) in Manage Users with start date = 1/1/13
2. Create user (eg. Kim, ImpManager) in Manage Uses with start date = 7/1/13
3. Query up user ImpSalesrep in Manage User and click on the Manager's list of value.
4. Search for user ImpManager's name in the list of value. List of value returns no data.
