Fusion: Error: An application error has occurred while using 'Best Fit Person' from Person Profile (Doc ID 1606806.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.7.0.0 version, Manage Worker Profiles - Best Fit Person

Error while using Best Fit person from Person Portrait pages

Incident Error appears while using Best Fit Person from person portrait. This error occurs only while using the following criteria while filtering the results:
Number of Profiles - Numeric value - Lowest matches

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Login as Employee/ HR Specialist
2. Click on the My Portrait Tab
3. Click on "Find Best Fit Persons"
4. In the "Find Best Fit Person" UI, click on the Find Best Fit button
5. In the search results region, use the following criteria and click on the -> button Number of Profiles - Numeric value - Lowest matches
6. Get an incident error

 

The logs retrieved from the customer's environment show the following error:

Caused by: oracle.jbo.DMLException: JBO-26044: Error while getting estimated
row count for view object ProfileBestFitAscOrderVO, statement SELECT count(1)
FROM (SELECT PROFILE_ID, PROFILE_NAME, PROFILE_TYPE_CODE,
  NULL AS COMPETENCY_SCORE,
...
