When client runs the Evaluate Scheduled Event Participation process for Open Life Event, the resulting report has some employees whose 'Person Processed Status' says Error occurred. However, these employees do not feature in the log file and their record seems to be fine when viewed as an administrator. Client needs to know the exact error which the system encountered due to which it logged the employee in the error log so that they can take actions to correct the error if needed.
1) Navigator > Benefits > Evaluation and Reporting > Monitor Process Request > Search button.
2) Report button > Results > Persons Processed with Errors - click on the number which opens a spreadsheet document.
