Symptoms

In non-SSO environment, while trying to Login to Fusion Applications as a user, receiving below error:

"An Incorrect Username or Password Was Specified"

  

In Federation SSO Enabled environment, user will get following error:

 

System error. Please re-try your action. If you continue to get this error, please contact the Administrator.
